not-for-profit organization's multi-site Community Care Residential Centers to provide
facility specific and corporate office support and services. This engagement

enhancement and cost reduction systems and processes to maximize
reimbursement under government payment mechanisms. Resulted in cost
savings of $226,000/year and an annual revenue enhancement of $225,000.

relations/satisfaction program. Assistance with development and putting into
practice concrete realistic plans to respond to resident concerns.

Program. Compliance monitoring and internal audit activities, to

optimize occupancy and service utilization. Census increase at one site
resulted in $4,461,000 to the facility's bottom line.

to include service appropriateness and pricing.

Ongoing education and training related to reimbursement and regulatory changes.

audits for accuracy and completeness of MDS information and RUGS III category
assignment. For one community, implementation of recommendations resulted in an annual
reimbursement increase of approximately $300,000.
